Project Description

The RTA HQ Extension & Car Park project stands as a testament to the UAE’s commitment to enhancing transportation infrastructure. Commissioned by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), the multi-story car parking facility serves as a strategic solution to alleviate street parking congestion in Dubai.

Designed as a 6-story building, the car park boasts a capacity to accommodate 805 vehicles, offering a convenient parking solution for RTA employees and visitors alike. Two bridges seamlessly integrate the new structure with the existing RTA headquarters, ensuring ease of access and connectivity. Notably, sections of the building are designated for commercial use, further enhancing its functionality.

Embracing principles of sustainability, the project adheres to Green Economy requirements, incorporating eco-friendly features and practices. Moreover, the design incorporates provisions for a future 4-story expansion, poised to accommodate the growing workforce and organizational needs of the RTA.
