The solid podium, which houses commercial and public spaces, is elevated to harmonize with the surrounding low-rise residences. In contrast, the contemporary tower above contains office spaces and presents a lighter, more graceful appearance as it ascends.

The tower’s façade, featuring glass curtains and stone louvers, provides diverse visual and light experiences tailored to the surrounding environment. This unique architectural identity makes the tower a prominent and recognizable feature in the area.
